KS17FC Social Media & Photo Consent Policy
KS17FC regularly captures photos and videos at our clinics for the purpose of promoting future events, celebrating participants and documenting memorable experiences.
By registering for a clinic, participants (or guardians if under 18) consent to the use of their image on KS17FC social media channels, website, and marketing materials.
Participants can opt out of photography by selecting no to ‘photography consent’ on the registration form or emailing us at jointheteam@kyahsimon.com prior to the clinic.
Photos will always be used respectfully and never inappropriately. No names will be published without explicit permission.
KS17FC Cancellation & Refund Policy
KS17FC understands that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the clinic will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the clinic are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies (medical certificate required).
- If a clinic is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternate date or full refund.
All refund requests must be made in writing to jointheteam@kyahsimon.com.
KS17FC Child Safety Policy
KS17FC is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people. Our programs aim to promote a positive, nurturing environment where children feel safe, included and respected.
All staff and volunteers must have valid Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and complete safeguarding induction before engaging with participants.
We promote a culture of speaking up, where any concerns about inappropriate behaviour or breaches of conduct are taken seriously and reported to the Child Safety Officer.
Children will be supervised at all times and emergency protocols will be in place in the event of an incident.
No unauthorised photography or physical contact is permitted.

KS17FC Marketing & Privacy Policy
KS17FC collects personal information (e.g. names, emails, medical details) for the purposes of clinic registration, communication and safety.
Photos and videos may be taken during clinics for promotional use, with prior consent obtained via registration.

KS17FC may use participant and guardian information (e.g., name, email, age group, location) to improve the delivery and value of our clinics.
