- Name and email address, when you sign up for a free resource (such as the Pre-Match Mental Reset), join a waitlist, or subscribe to our newsletter
- Name, email, phone number, and enquiry details, when you submit the Contact form
- Information you provide when registering for a KS17FC clinic, including details about a participant under 18 provided by a parent or guardian
We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as general location, device type, and how you interact with the Site) through standard analytics tools, to help us understand how the Site is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver the resource, content, or information you've requested
- Send you emails related to your sign-up, including newsletters, clinic updates, and product launches, via our email platform (Klaviyo)
- Respond to enquiries submitted through the Contact form
- Administer KS17FC clinic registrations and communicate necessary details to parents/guardians
- Improve the Site and understand how it's used
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Children's Information
KS17FC clinics are for participants aged 6–18. Where we collect information about a minor, it is provided to us by, and communicated with, a parent or guardian — not the child directly. We use this information solely to administer clinic registration, safety, and communication with the responsible adult.

By submitting your email address through any sign-up form on the Site, you consent to receive related email communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, or by contacting us directly at admin@kyahsimon.com.

The Site links to third-party sites we don't control, including KS Label (kslabelcollective.com). Purchases and data handling on third-party sites are governed by that site's own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
